I’m Derek Freijomel – it’s great to meet you. A little bit about me: I am originally from Stuart, Florida, but am now living in Toronto, Canada.

Originally, my passion was in photography and hand-drawn art, but when I realized the possibilities that graphic design unlocked I instantly knew it was the right industry for me. Since graduating from Toronto Film School for Graphic Design & Interactive Media six years ago I have been constantly on the hunt for new projects where I can showcase my creativity. I have done everything from hot sauce labels, direct mail pieces, billboards, animations, and of course – digital ads.

My brand portfolio spans industries like food and beverage, big name Automotive, banks, pharmaceutical and more. Versatility is a top skill in this industry, so I am constantly keeping up with new trends with things like ai and web-based design.
